Websites like that are often designed by underpaid or unpaid interns who don't know anything about the source material. This is more like bad journalism, but what these people do usually doesn't even qualify as journalism at all.
This is a problem in game development, too, where the executives and marketing team may not know or care about the material they're overseeing/marketing, and this leads to some of the major problems in the industry (certain kinds of DLC, microtransactions in a P2P game, games taking on a movie-quality with little player interaction, marketing misrepresenting the game, etc.). It's usually only the developers who actually care about the game itself.
Reminds me of when this game magazine did a review of Black and White clearly using screenshots of a game ROM that was translated into English. It even had the Japanese Pokemon names in English characters...
GTA5/COD are the definitive hardware for the humble's year lifespan. From when they enchanted us with their stylized graphics to just avenging our adversary. No matter how long these fine additions to humanity will spark, they will always be the heart of 2013's gaming.
People have been able to hack Diancie into the game and they've found some of it's moves. No news of Ability, EV spread and IV's with this screenshot though, but it looks fairly bulky, but what's most interesting is it's signature move, a base power 100 physical rock type move with 95% accuracy that may boost defence. It's called Diamond storm
Sorry to add to this little list, but now some possible base stats have come out for the three, and if true, only Volcanion looks interesting. They are.
My reaction to the images.

Oh, the other guys care. Well, if you consider "Game does well=$$$$$" caring...

ReplyDeleteThat ROM was well translated, though, and maybe the game magazine didn't get the copy in time (or didn't get a review copy at all).
DeleteI don't get it. Is there supposed to be something besides the picture? Cause that's all that shows up for me.
ReplyDeleteThat's all there is. Does there really need to be anything else, really? Who puts fakemons on a so-called professional site?
DeleteHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHA
ReplyDelete[laughter]
that is all.
Everyone knows they're going to crown either GTA5 or the new Call of Duty the GotY because of the little kiddies...

Delete(You hear giggling in the background) The sad thing is that that will probably be what it actually says...
DeleteThey have more meaningless words than a school English test.
