America gets one-upped for a change!

So you know that Gamestop Heracronite/Pinsirite event that was announced for the US? Well, Canada and Latin America have it way easier... all you have to do is opt in to the Pokémon Trainer Club newsletter (don't fret, if you have a Global Link account you also have a Trainer Club account), and you'll get a serial code to download the appropriate Mega Stone sometime in September! I guess it's only fair, there have been events in the past where Americans had it way easier than us, when they were not the only ones to get them from the start. Still, why not at least give them the same option we have, at least?

  1. Ugh. Gamestop is in Nintendo's pants, I swear. I don't want to make a 20 minute drive just to get an event, please.

    2. Maybe the CEOs wives are like Aya Shameimeru. They give sexual favors to Iwata, Masuda, Tajiri, Morimoto, and Reggie in exchange for them giving Gamestop exclusive Nintendo benefit event things...

    3. More Touhou references, huh? It's not a bad thing.

Anyways, I doubt that(half-joke, half-serious). Despite some of the things Game Freak has done over the years, I haven't lost faith just yet. I'm pretty sure they were just misguided into implementing this business practice. This doesn't happen fairly often, right?

  2. I would think that if they wanted people to have a good reason to get a T.C. account/G.L. account, I would think that they would still give the option to download the Pokémon/item at varying dates, to keep it fair(Ex: U.S. gets something first, then Canada, etc.) Why is this still an existing business practice? If you don't give people the same amount of options, then your image is not going to look good.

  3. Now watch as they still complain about not getting the best deal outside of Japan for once.
