Old YouTube channels still around?

I found that out by accident. I don't know if it works for anyone else, or if it's just on my end, but it seems like when I use Firefox and am NOT logged into my account, I can still see channels with the old, still-barely-workable channels. It only seems to work on Firefox (maybe it also works on Chrome, but I don't want to get anywhere near it), as in IE I get the YouTube One (Person Thinks This Is A Good Idea) version regardless of whether or not I'm logged in.

Of course, feel free to try it out. Would be hilarious if it worked for everyone!

  1. That's what I've been trying to communicate for WEEKS. Somehow, I still see only the old channels on my account. Every. Single. One.

I'm not complaining, but that's really weird. The only thing I did differently than everybody else is accepting the unavoidable as early as Youtube suggested it. I switched as soon as they gave me the option.

    1. I had it like that for Chrome but FF and IE both had the One channel. Clearing the Cache will fix it(if you really want too). Not sure if its the same thing for Slowflake's thing with FireFox.

  2. I find it insulting that I go on my channel for the first time and YouTube tells me "Your channel has been upgraded!" My ass.

    1. About as upgraded as how well Gen 2 of Pokemon has aged...which is not very...

  3. The Chrome on my laptop still has it. No idea why, except that I don't think I ever logged out of YouTube on there since the change.
