Nintendo's going to have to rely on its own games to carry the Wii U, which may not be enough. I mean, Nintendo's in the red FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER. Not even during the Gamecube's darkest hour did that happen. They lost more money from the Wii U than they gained from the 3DS. I am just saying what Slow would probably say. I know that the Wii U has potential. It is just that the 3D Mario, the next Smash Bros., the next Mario Kart, and a bunch of other games are some we know nothing about. Granted, it WILL be getting that HD Wind Waker port that I really want to invest in. Mario Bros. The Nintendo 3DS is DOMINATING the handheld market right now and the Wii U already had a significant boost in popularity due to Microsoft's faceplant, even if it's not as much as the PS4. The Nintendo haters are admittedly very noisy on the internet, but that doesn't mean they are a majority. All of my IRL friends are fan of either Sony or Microsoft, but when I invited them all to try out my Wii U, they all came and all enjoyed it and admitted it was much better than they thought, even if its line-up is lacking right now. Anybody with any concept of what "fun" is, knows the Wii U's potential. The Seeker of All Formulashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06388159182582182996noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1280492081721752941.post-89111375853745419802013-05-28T07:53:45.205-04:002013-05-28T07:53:45.205-04:00In Nintendo's case, it is a good thing I am in...In Nintendo's case, it is a good thing I am in that happy balance between casual and hardcore. SEGA is only a name now and wont ever come back, they were bought by Sammy after the Dreamcast failed. Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, for example, despite being the second easiest entry (except that the actual easiest is Japan-only) in the entire Monster Hunter series has still made many casual players Rage Quit out of sheer difficulty. I still believe it'll redeem itself eventually with future releases.
